Real lemon juice to taste
2 grated carrots
Hummus
Pomegranates
Cranberries
Pine Nuts
Cabbage
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)
Wrap ingredients in wholeweat pita shell. Cover both sides of pita with hummus.
