Handful of alfalfa sprouts

3 steaks of BBQ marinated tempeh
2 pieces of 12 grain organic bread
Layer ingredients on toasted 12 grain organic bread.
Add on one side thick layer of humus and on the other side a thick layer of babaganoush. (can either be home made or store bought)
