Raspberry Mango "Ice Cream"

4 cups raspberries
1/2 a large mango
1/3 cup agave nectar
3 teaspoons stevia
1 cup vanilla soy milk
3/4 cup of silken tofu
5 cubes of ice
Fresh mint

Blend raspberries and mangos in the blender. Then add agave nectar, stevia, soy milk, and tofu.  Add ice last to desired consistency.  Place in freezer or fridge until chilled and serve with fresh mint.
